Green Field Investment in Tyre Industry

What We Did: We helped a leading multinational company in setting up its greenfield project in one of the Indian states which is known for labour disruptions and land acquisition issues. The client approached us with requirement of risk mitigation and policy framework study. We did a detailed stakeholder analysis to understand the risk areas. Further, we worked with government bodies to understand the policy pertaining to tyre manufacturing in India including proposed certification for tyres in India.
